My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, right across from Sea World, making it convenient to explore Orlando. The rooms were fine overall, with cozy beds, but there was a strange mildew-like odor that wasn't pleasant. The service was friendly and accommodating, although there was a mix-up with my Sea World tickets. The dining experience was average, with room for improvement in restocking and crew friendliness. However, the crowded setup and watery waffle mix were a letdown. I found the facilities to be satisfactory, but there is room for enhancement in some areas.
